These are too expensive for only two items. Must store in freezer bc they take awhile to work.

    1. Response from Lansinoh:

      Hi Nikki,

We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your product. Our Soothies are designed to offer temporary relief. Each set of Soothies pads can be used for up to 72 hours. Use of Gel Pads therapy should not exceed three weeks. If the condition persists, seek the advice of a breastfeeding specialist. We also recommend storing the pads in the refrigerator and not the freezer. If you have any additional feedback, please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com. Thank you.
