Can you freeze refrigerated breast milk?

Answer:

Yes you can absolutely freeze breastmilk that has been in the refrigerator. The general recommendation would be to keep milk in the fridge for a maximum of six days. At that time you would want to either use the milk for a feeding, or put it in the freezer.
