Amount of Breast Milk

I recently went back to work, I have a 3 month old daughter. What is the average amount of breast milk I should expect to pump from each breast per breast pumping session?

Unfortunately there isn't an exact answer to this question. It all depends on you and your baby. Try not to set the expectation that you need to pump a specific amount during each pumping session. Try to relax and think about your baby, as this will produce the best results. If you find that your baby is eating more than you are pumping, you can try adding an extra pumping session in the morning after your first feeding session or in the evening after you put your little one down for bed.
