What are the materials used to make the LatchAssist?

The LatchAssist blub is rubber and the clear plastic flange is made of BPA-free polypropylene.

Can I share my LatchAssist with a friend/colleague/family member after I am done with it?

LatchAssist is a single-user product and we do not recommend sharing it with anyone else because it may come into contact with your milk and there is not a way to completely sterilize it before passing it along to someone else.

Can I use LatchAssistto pump my milk?

No, LatchAssistis not designed to pump or capture breastmilk. We recommend discarding any breastmilk that may have collected in the bulb and not to attempt to use it to feed your child.
