    Please tell me you have larger flanges than 24mm

    Although this is a fabulous pump, I cannot for the life of me find larger flanges. So now I have this beautiful breast pump and a brand new baby but I can’t use the darn thing because it’s killing my nipples. Why don’t you offer the larger flanges?

    strong suction but flange is too small!

    I got this pump for free through my insurance and just started to get the hang of it, I get a good 6 oz a pump, but the 24mm flange is just too small. My Nipples are super sore so I don’t think i’ll be able to use it anymore until a larger size is made which sucks because I love the hands free option. ):

    Please make larger flange sizes!

    I just got this pump in the mail and I REALLY like it, however, the largest flange the company makes is a 24mm, which has been hurting me so bad! I really want to use this pump because it’s my first ever hands-free electric pump. I just don’t understand why they don’t make any bigger flange sizes? Please create them!

    Flanges vs Inserts

    This product page is misleading. All sizes are labeled as flanges but only the 24mm are flanges. All of the smaller sizes are inserts. Customer service confirmed this was true after I bought the 19mm "flanges" and received 19mm inserts.

    A must need in different sizes that come in the bo

    I wish different sizes were offered in the box because not a lot of women fit into the 24mm size. Many of us are much smaller and have a hard time finding flanges that will fit. I’m glad there was this option on the website but I wish this came in the box as well. We need to do better for moms and include or give the option for what size flange to include for all breast pumps.

    Amazing inserts! Perfect for smaller nipples!

    Fit perfectly inside the discreet duo pumps! Doesn’t slip or move at all while pumping. It helps that the pump flanges are silicone also, the inserts almost adhere to it! I absolutely love them.
